I wish it was but that doesn't match mine. The ones on my truck are U shaped not hat shaped and the bolt circle is different. Thank you for the reply though!

I might try a call to Boyce...sometimes they have oddball civilian stuff around
Green Sales is an option with a ford part number... as is contacting Arvin Merritor directly for help
https://www.meritor.com/productsands...r_airdisc.aspx
There are processes for metal spray..I googled it and I have no idea as to whether its possible and then remachining the rotor
I feel for you
My 67 f600 was a bear to find obsolete brake drums for.. and Im holding the scrapped set I have as backups
My 79 f600 4 x 4 needed a drum and I found the last NOS one in the US in a dealers barn next to the dealership after a year of searching.. and it wasnt cheap

I contacted Green Sales, they got back and asked the year and that was the last I heard from them.
The rotor isn't bad, it's cracked.
I was a tool and die maker for 30 years. I'm close to making one.

Welcome to the site... many great and helpful people here and you can access many good resources
If you look in this large truck forum a couple of posts down you will see a post by number dummy (bill)

Im sorry you struck out... but Im not surprised. Arvin Merritor bought rockwell but didn't take all the old stock and it sounds like your rotor is uber rare. Im sorry to say but you might be doing some kind of rotor conversion should you not be able to access one
I think you may already know this
There is a last ditch solution but it requires a weldor with great skill in tig or nickel arc rod
It is possible to weld cast iron successfully with proper preheat / post heat procedures, proper v grooving etc etc
Im not sure I would want to depend upon such a critical part.
I have nickel rod welded cast iron/ cast steel alloy about 20-30 times, and tig welded it maybe a handful of times in my welding career and only about half of those had great longevity, mostly exhaust manifolds
There is spray welding too... Ive never done it but Ive watched it.. I dont think it applicable to a heat cycle critical part.
It is the heat cycles that the metal goes through that creates porosity and contamination and difficulty to weld successfully. A rotor is very high quality and density.. it might work
I wish you best of luck
Welcome aboard

A couple of sources might be: C.W. Carter Co. in Los Angeles, or Franklin Truck Parts in the City of Industry.
I doubt that Marty at SoCal Truck Parts (323-587-3144) can help, but one never knows.
