My old 1986 ford F-150 is in need of a tailgate.

I was about to buy an after market one but then realized I need all the hardware also (my shell is rusted and split on the sides, the side locks are beat to the point where I need a crow bar to open it, I can't even unbolt the cables as the bolt weld has broken and the bolt keeps turning).

I either need a complete tail gate or all the hardware ( and I can buy an aftermarket gate).

Doesn't need to be in mint condition ... I only paid $1000 for the truck (with plow and good tires) three years ago. Not much to look at but passes inspection and still plows.
