I'll reiterate LeadHead's suggestion..

The last time I had U-joints failing & causing vibration, it was in an odd way. The trunion looked like the needles had been hammered/imprinted into the trunion, but at an angle. I suspect this was from a high-torque 4Low type situation. There was plenty of grease inside. Anyway, they only revealed the problem when I took them out. I don't recall any binding or slop. But the frequency of the vibration told me it was in the driveline, not tires. I've been on the same Spicer greasable joints for several years now, which is unlike me, used to eat through mid-grade parts house rear joints despite regular grease refills.

Ok I'll replace those as well I already have them but I only replaced the rear one , are Precision parts any good ? And if I replace the other two the one by the carrier bearing and the other one by the t-case will fluid start to pour out removing the driveshaft from the t-case?

You might have a 1/2 cup of ATF come out of the tcase but it won't leak all the fluid out. The full level is much lower than the output shaft.

I'm not sure on Precision. I think they're decent?

How is the carrier bearing? My truck is a scsb, so I don't deal with carrier's. But, I've worked in a Tundra with a carrier. It had gone bad and induced a good shake, especially over 60mph.

it's a ext cab long bed , well I attempted to take the carrier bearing off but I didn't have tools to drop the rear shaft but I didn't feel any play or any grinding noises when I unbolted the carrier so I think it's good ? I have a lot of problems I'm trying to work out on this truck like the rear brakes don't work , ball joints and this shaking problem that just came up all and all that fun stuff ahaha

Mark both halves of the drive shaft when you change the U joints. Reassemble the halves the same way you took them apart. They are balanced as a unit and will vibrate if installed 90, 180 degrees out from the other half. I know because I did just that and ruined a good transmission. Thinking it was the transmission going out was actually the drive shaft vibrating. because it was out of balanced. $375 to rebuild ( new u joints, hanger bearing) and balance. $2800 for the transmission.
