Ok so a friend of mine has a donor truck that has manual hubs, shifter boot and linkage, is the conversion possible is there a plug in the floor, anything I should know before I start, hubs looks pretty straight forward???? 06 f250

 

No one has done this conversion, oboy I guess I'll be the first????

 

there is a hole in the floor already,
should be pretty straight forward,
I have a manual transfer ready to install in my 01.
no linkage however.

 

So my question is can I use the same transfer case, I'm reading a few different threads here saying I can use the same and others are telling me no I have to change it??????
