2005 F150 kicked back multiple codes and is running like crap

Ok, I hope that someone can help me with these issues. Sorry if this is a little long but let me give you all the info. I own a 2005 F150 King Ranch Supercrew 5.4l 3v with 190,000 miles. The truck is straight and in beautiful condition looks wise and has a new transmission in it. But mechanically I have some issues. I just replaced all the plugs and coils with motorcraft parts. I also replaced the VCT solenoids, also with motorcraft. All in the last 6 months, it was running great until last week. It started to shutter and shake and at every light I had to put it in neutral and rev it to keep it from staling out. I limped it home then the next day when i hooked up the code reader i got 8 different codes. Here they are - p0010, p0020, p0022, p0171, p0175, p0300, p0305, and p0308. I know the last 3 are just random misfire codes and probably a result of whatever is wrong. Also my engine did have that annoying diesel tick, but from what ive read that's only annoying and shouldn't cause problems. I've been told by family and friends that are mechanics that the timing chain jumped a tooth but it'll still start up and run just not well. So I thought that if it jumped a tooth it wouldn't start at all.
I'm hoping that it's only a cam positioning sensor or something easy like that rather then having to open up the from on the engine and replacing the timing chains, tensioners, and all. Any info would be helpful.
Thanks

The cam retarded codes and misfires 5 and 8 are all on bank 2 (driver's side). I'd start with the sensor or it's circuit on that side and if it doesn't clear up the problem then the jumped tooth is highly likely.

Thank you for the info, I ordered 2 motorcraft Cam positioning sensors. They were only like $50 for the set so I thought I'd start there. Hopefully I'll have them in stalled Wednesday. I'll post my results after.

It's not the cam sensors. Being that its a 05 you prob have a fuel injector or two stuck open. That would explain the rich codes. Pull the fuel rails up leaving the injectors connected and cycle the key a few times. Look for any fuel dripping from the injectors.

Is fuel pressure available on an '05 in the OBDII data?
Could you watch the fuel pressure after shut down to see how fast it bleeds off?
Our '03 will hold fuel rail pressure of 20psi after 2 days.

I know my father in law has a gauge that I could hook right to the back of the rail. I'll try that and see how much and how long it holds

Is there a fuel rail test port on the 2005?
If not, the should be a pressure sensor for the computer to get the data which would be in the OBDII data.
