Anyone use FORSCAN on their Expedition?

I have used it on my Superduty to change a few things but I can't find files or coding for the Expedition.

Wondering if there is a way to make the mirrors on an Expedition automatically fold when power off and unfold when power on?

Yes, and yes most of the codes are the same as with the F150.
There is a huge thread over on f150 forums that has many of the settings.

What adapters are you guys using to connect to the vehicle with? Maybe that's the wrong term, but from what I see, FORSCAN runs on your phone and there's an adapter that plugs into the OBD2 connection and then into the phone. There's seems to be a bunch of issues with some of those adapters. What's a good one? Wireless? I get lost when I start looking at that stuff for some reason.

I would like to modify the following things.
If I buy an OBD module and get the Forscan software I can do all of these with my 2016 Expedition with Sync 3 v.3.0?

Climate control on right MFD
Tire Pressure on the left MFD (Like found on newer Fusion)
Outside temperature on right MFD
Heated & Cooled Seat Icons on home & climate screen sync 3
Windows close/open with Fob
Autofold mirrors (when locking/unlocking doors)

Also one other thing I've noticed when I first bought the vehicle is that when you're using CarPlay and you want to change the climate control you can't see what temperature you're choosing. I can't stand this because I want to be able to lower and raise the temp on both passenger and driver but we always have to exit CarPlay to make sure we choose a comfortable temp and not just guessing by turning the dial. I've seen on my new 2018 Fusion that it shows the temp in a spinning wheel when you change it (just like the picture below). Is there a way to implement this using Forscan?
