Turbocharger or other

Got a 2011 f 250 6.7...turbo started making a sound more like a turbine in a plane when I hit the throttle to cross the street...boost gage went to 0...i got a new turbocharger from garrett. Installed it and when I started the car there was no boost at all. I searched for any leaks and nothing. I get a code p132b. Any one knows anything about this?

I would made sure all cold pipes are tight {clamps}and out cracked coming from turbo to intercooler and then out of intercooler to cold air intake on top of motor. If all good I would figure out how to pressure test system for a leak. If you know new turbo is spinning supplying boost. maybe a hole in intercooler. Mine is a 6.0 so I am assuming this is some what the same.

Hopefully you also changed your oil after your turbo replacement?

I thought I had the up pipe not actually clamped up on my 7.3 that yielded a similar symptom. Have you checked the hot exhaust side of turbo. Also, are you certain the vanes move and operate correctly? Haven't heard of turbo failure at initial replacement, but have had my share of infant fails, physically does the turbo spin free by hand and no excessive movements?
