Truck dies while cruising

1999 F150 with new 5.4 2v. 350 miles on engine. Still running coil packs and 4.6 pcm. Custom tune from 5 star tuning. Im going to list out the issues and then go into detail about each one that needs additional information.

The issues are as follows:
P0460 Fuel Level Circuit Malfunction
Dies randomly while driving at any speed.
Odd shifting behavior
Speedometer Incorrect
ABS Light on sometimes
When idling in drive it will stumble sometimes

When it dies it gives no real indications. It will just lose power and then shut off. I can kick it into neutral and restart immediately. It happens at any speed from 20 to 70 mph. It usually happens more often when under load like on a hill or trying to pass on the interstate. Also right when it dies the sct x4 loses connection even though the key is still on. This happened to me five times or so on the way to a structure fire today and is just generally unsafe when in the fast lane.

When it isn't dying it shifts strangely. At wot it will hang at high rpms and not shift until i let off a little bit. It will randomly shift down or hang. Sometimes it feels like it shifts into neutral and the rpms go up and then it clicks in again. I thought this might be related to the speedometer being off.

The speedometer is reading way under the actual speed. When I was cruising at 80 it was reading at around 63. I have the revs/mile pretty close at 640 and the correct gear ratio at 3.55. I thought this might be affecting the shift points.

When it stumbles at idle in drive it will just sound like a quick miss, the sct x4 will say it lost connection and then it will continue idling, reconnect fine but be idling at a slightly lower rpm.

Any assistance with these issues would be greatly appreciated.

You have a modified truck and system with a 5.4 running on a 4.6 PCM.
Why not go back to 5 Star with the issues.
They provided your program we have no knowledge about.
We cannot address these on a board in any intelligent manner.
If a Scanner were used to look a the live data, chances are it would not show expected data in many areas do the changes made.
What would you do about that?
Good luck.

I guess I wanted to see if something stood out as an issue with the truck such as a speed sensor or fuel pump dying before I contacted them about the tune. I was unsure what level of support they could provide as well if they see no issue with the tune. I will go ahead and contact them about the issues and see what they say.

if it dies running down the road, you maybe running out of fuel ......... PCM is a good suspect.

Well, it has now developed a knock. The engine will be pulled again and sent back to S and J engines for warranty work.
