i got my hands on a snap on solus edge reader and did a system check and i got a p code for all 8 cylinders high to low side open a p0264 cylinder 2 injector circuit low and p1294 high side open bank #2

ohm out the injector harness from the IDM connector yet?

circuit test 1 all circuits are between 2.9 and 3.0 ohms test 2 and 3 circuits are open

If you still have the scanner clear all codes then do a buzz test. Then scan for codes, some of the codes might be old.

It won't let me do a buzz test it makes one buzz sound then kicks me out of the test

what are you using for the buzz test?


can you clear codes before buzz test and see if any come back after the test?

i got the codes cleared buzz test showed nothing was wrong with the truck i was able to get it running long enough to plug the snap on reader in and i found the icp voltage was at 0.02 volts even at 2000 rpm and didn't change at any rpm the sensor is a new motorcraft connector wires are perfect no oil in or on the connector wires are good all the way to the main harness

maybe IPR is stuck if it isn't making enough pressure

Did you get it installed 'dirt' free? The slightest bit of dust will screw them up.

you can hot wire the IPR and see if pressure will rise to max on scanner

Put 12 volts to it. It will go full pressure
