2001 superduty brake line diagram

I'm about to do this job on a 99 250 SD. It looks like there is 3/16" line for the front, 3/16" over the rear axle, and 1/4" for the line running from the HCU to the rear hose at the framerail.
I have the factory service manual but no diagrams... All it says is to remove the airbox to access the HCU where all the lines are.
I'm using NiCopp line. It should be the only brake line available, in my opinion... I bought the following things on Amazon:
I also went to my local auto parts store (good one, comparable to NAPA instead of AZ and Advance) and got premade sticks of line for $12 to go over the rear axle. I could make them, but I got a 12" and 40" length which is exactly what I need. Again, that is nickel copper (NiCopp) line.
Do yourself a favor and NEVER use PolyArmor. It simply doesn't flare and doesn't bend. Steel isn't bad, but it rusts. Lots of people recommend prebent lines but why spend the money on those steel lines when you have to bend them to fit them in? Might as well buy it by the roll.
I'm probably doing a write up on this... PM me if you want the factory service manual section.
