That's a good idea. I didn't think of that. I was just going to start swapping out injectors. Il try that tonight or tomorrow night. The truck was running a bit rough in the winter and didn't want to fire up right away some times so I suspected a injector. But I found a vacuum leak and fixed it. That helped for a little while then it went back to not start right away again

I got 8 used injectors last night. I cleaned up the two best ones and tested them on the harness and they worked (I could feel them in my hand ). I checked fuel pressure and I had non. I think it was leaving threw the injectors before it could build up.
I just put the new injectors in. I'm going to check for pressure next. I also noticed that my crank case was full of gas ....... To be continued

It's finally running properly. It was the injectors being stuck open. Now I can break in the cam. Thanks everyone for your suggestions and advice
