?'s regarding glass 1942

So now I am looking to order glass for the '42 and I come up with another problem. The dominant internet glass provider is very good about the change in 1948 but quite vague in the war and prewar years. Some products are listed for '41-42, '46-47. Some say '40, 41, 42. One even says '39 through '42.
I understand eliminating WWII model years. Might the pre '42's share glass?
That would explain alot.
I could order over the phone but since I am also building 2 boats, cash is thin and I can pay-pal the glass online (if anyone was wondering why the dilemma)!
Thanks!

For a '42, windshield and rear window are '40-'47, the door glass is '42-'47 due to the '42-'47 having the metal frame around the glass.
Also, you also get the glass cut since it's all flat glass if you have a local glass shop, or they can direct you to somebody local who can

Thanks so, so much. It is (seriously) clear to me now and I will proceed with the glass work. Got it runnin' good, insured, and registered. With windsheild I'll be 100% legal. Thanks again!!
