Is This 6.7 Worth my $$$$$

Ok so im looking to upgrade to a 6,7 powerstroke. I found this one on craigslist asking 25k for it. I talked to the guy and he came down to 22k or 24k and he'll throw in a brand new matching box off a 2015 truck.
Its a 2011 F350 6.7 DPF/EGR deleted and spartan tuned with TECHNICALLY only 59k miles on the motor and 81k on the trans and 99k on the truck itself. the guy bought the truck from a buddy whos dad bought it for him for his first truck and the kid blew it up so the guy that has it now bought it from him and swapped a new motor and trans into it professionally (his father is a semi truck diesel mechanic).
Heres whats been done to it:
-Egr/dpf delete.
- Spartan tuner with 5 tunes (40,80,120,165,200) currently running 120.
-S&B intake
- 4inch exhaust, chrome stack.
- 18" bmf novakanes w/ 35" Toyos.
- trac bars
- tinted all the way around. Including windshield.
- bedlinered bottom 8 inches.
- painted to match bumpers and grill.
- dash shows 99k but the motor and trans were both replaced at 82k by myself personally. I have receipts for both.
- New trans had 64k, out of a 2012. currently 81k
- New motor had 42k out of a 2011. Currently 59k.

I test drove it and it rides nice drives nice runs just like it should, the trans kinda slightly bangs into gears when i just casually drove it and the guy said that with this tuner it wants to be driven like its tuned and when i hammered on it good the transmission was smooth so he may be right?
The question is IS IT WORTH 22k-24k !?!?!?! and i may be able to get it for less if i really try.

My only concern is that they replaced an '11 motor with another '11. That was the year for the valve issue. I'm sure others will chime in in a bit..

With all that's been done to it I would pass. I'd rather have a bone stocker with a history.the guy said that with this tuner it wants to be driven like its tunedThat statement may be telling you how the truck has been treated. Run and find a stocker 2012 or up.

I would never buy a used truck that was molested, especially to that degree.

run from it. I doubt that it would last for the long term.

At the cost of the new diesel engine being what it is.....this is why I would have real problem buying a used diesel that I did not KNOW the history on it!!!
Way too many people have a buddy's uncle's cousin's brother's sister that is a "Diesel Mechanic"!!!!!!!!

I'd rather have a higher mileage factory engine/trans after reading what all has been done to this one.

RUN Don't look back

Buying a used diesel is a gamble. Buy a used a used truck that has been tuned and driving HARD is just bad. I don't think I would get this truck for any price.

Its not a new engine or trans.
"- New trans had 64k, out of a 2012. currently 81k
- New motor had 42k out of a 2011. Currently 59k. "

You should be able to get a 2012 for around $25-30k with 50 thousand miles on it.

A modded truck is a hot rodded truck, besides the price is a bit steep. When guys put a lot of work into their truck they think it is worth more than it is. With tranny problems already before you buy the truck I would at least look around a bit, that truck isn't going anywhere.
