Interior wiring - High Beams and Reverse Lights
Hello all
For my 2013 with HID lights, I'm adding a light bar, and trying to find a good wire to tap into so I can wire in a relay to turn the light bar on with my high beams. As it's going to a relay, I originally thought to use a fuse tap, but the high beam fuse is always powered. Anyone know of another wire I can use in the cab?
I'm also looking for an in cab wire for the reverse lights I'm adding.
I've been trying to make sense of the wiring diagrams online, but I am not having any success. I appreciate any help anyone can give!

I did all my relay taps under the hood for my forward lighting, this way I never had to run through the firewall. For my high beam trigger I used the passenger side headlight it made for a much cleaner install.
For reverse lights the 7-way trailer connector is the perfect place in my opinion, it's relayed and fused from the factory so it's ok to tap right off that wire.
I use shrink but connectors, the same we put on trucks going to the slope and never ran into an issue with them.

I probably will end up going off of the headlight assembly.
Was hoping to find in cab wires, b/c i'm wiring in on-off-on switches per below, so i can be on with 12v+, off, and then on with just my high beams. And then same for back up lights when in reverse. Don't need a high current, b/c the "to LED Bar" and "to Backup Lights" actually go to the relay for each.
