1999.5 Powerstroke

Little Help Please, I recently did a EPBV delete with a new turbo pedestal,
which had no EPBV in it. So there is no place to plug that pigtail into. Also changed out the turbo wastegate to completely mechanical, rather than the old solenoid which was needing replaced anyway. So there is also no place to that plug into. How to I keep my truck from popping these codes; 1249, 1690, and 0475. Thank you.

Resistors, what type I don't know but resistors can cure that. Maybe someone has input on this.
