Yeah I agree. Later on today we are going to see if it runs. I'll video a video probably and add a link to it. Hopefully he does want to lower the price because he seems firm on 1,650 + I somewhat calculated the cost to get this baby restored again and it's already at 1,400 ~ not including the rust repair.
