First time it has rained in a long time. Drivers rear locking up.
Don't think it's the wet drums. The driver side rear drum is locking up even at slow speeds. Not sure what is causing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If there's water in there the problem should clear up after braking once or twice. If the problem persists there could be brake fluid or grease in there, which will cause a lockup for quite a long time.

Great information guys. BTW mine quit locking up on there own.
