The Clean Power Act was an overreach of the EPA's powers, just as Mr. Pruitt stated. His further statement that this Act was nothing more than picking winners and losers is 100% true. Don't be naive and think Mr. Obama was trying to protect the environment on an altruistic level - he was simply paving the way for millions to be made in alternative forms of energy.
Millions? Try Trillions.
