Ford Heavy Duty Mats vs Weather Tech (pics) . . .
I was excited about the stock heavy duty mats. However they were black and I despise black mats due to dirt and mud sticking out like a sore thumb.
Put some weather techs FLOOR LINERS NOT MATS in today and I'm very pleased. The back is a push as the mats both seem to cover equal amounts. The front is another story.
The factory mats left a lot of carpeted floor uncovered up front. Weather Tech far surpassed that coverage. I'm very pleased with what I consider the upgrade.
Any North Ga folks, heavy duty and regula mat set for sale, cheap!

I got the mats for my car and after paying over $100 found out they were "best fit" rather than custom fit. They said the only things that are custom are the "floor liners". The $100 universal fit mats are always sliding up under the pedals. The holes didn't fit the OEM pegs in the mat so no way to hold them down. Looks like maybe you got the liners rather than mats. Correct?

My WT liners snap into the Ford floor pegs for the front driver side, but on the front passenger side they just set in place. The liners have the ability to snap in with floor pegs, but for some reason Ford doesn't install them on the passenger side floor board. Why not??
The WT liners are great, despite the passenger side sliding a bit since not pegged to the floor.
