I find it hard to believe that Ford refers me to Marti to get "official" information about my truck; I then have to pay Marti to give me "official" information; and then Marti doesn't have a clue what the information means!

Below is what Marti produced but they can't tell me what the line items mean. Anyone know "officially" what the line items in red mean?
