Tailgate & Goodguys
Went to the goodguys yesterday, Only seen about 4 100's. Not a lot lot of Big vendors there. We been having a lot of bad weather here RAIN. Now about the tailgate. When shut not closing flush. About 1/4 off when closed. This means that one side latch is lose. When I push in on one side I can feel sprung part of the tailgate. I know the I can cut welds to relieve And re weld, I understand in 1953 these were trucks & 64 year old are worned & tweaked. Might go with the inside latches that I see a lot of the F-100 go with. Got my Hood flip from CCP will install when weather get a little better Any tips on Tailgate ??

No help on the tailgate but if you put your location and a name on your screen
I would know what goodguys you went to and what to call you. I did look at your personal info and saw you are in CA but a very long state as you know, Goodguys in So Cal or Pleasanton.
By the way if that is your truck in the picture it looks like flat orange paint and I like it.
