Winches for the rear end?

Does anyone have any winches mounted on the rear end of their truck? Do you have pictures? I have one on my old Rooster truck and was thinking of installing one on my new Rooster 2. 2010 F250 SD, any pictures would help.
I think I have to build a new bumper first. The stock ones are pretty cheesy in the bush!

On my off road rig I used a winch mounted to a receiver hitch and ran welding leads to the rear and front with quick connects. Then I can move the winch around as needed or take it off and leave it at home if I don't need the extra weight. The receiver hitch is frame mounted on front and rear so plenty strong.

Rear Winch Power hookup!

Good idea guys, my OLD Rooster had a perm mounted winch but the new Rooster 2.0 received an electric plug in for a receiver hitch as you guys had suggested. Just have to get the new winch, Costco has a cheap one that will most likely work for the amount of times it will actually get used. Champion are not great but, cheap.
Oh, and Wrench also installed a winch disconnect switch by the battery as well! you can see the silver switch in the picture, not very good though.

Thanks again for the help!

The ol Red Bronco has a receiver point built into both front and rear bumpers and I built a HD winch receiver mounting platform. QD cable and go.

I also just build rock sliders with a receiver tube in there too, just in case.

That way I can use ONE winch on any truck or trailer. I have a set of QD cables with jumper cable clamps on the other end, so I can loan it out to friends without QD cables. Or use it on the back end of my other rides.

I have also since cut off the square tube coming straight down (that was a bad design) to mount it on my old trailer. Now it mounts the same way as the bumpers.

I have a 18k winch mounted behind the custom front bumper and a 12k winch mounted on a custom mount behind the custom rear bumper on my 1997 F250 CCSB. My rear tank was shot so I removed it and the spare tire carrier and made a mount and mounted it to the frame rails. As soon as I locate some pics I'll post them up.

Hydraulic is the way to go IMO. I find that most people skimp on the wire to the rear because it gets so expensive.
People typically don't want to shell out for the needed 2/0 to really provide what the winch potentially needs (assuming 12' run and 450amp draw). to keep it under the required 0.5v drop.
Although running the correct size wire is cheaper than hydraulic unless you already have a hydraulic winch on the front.
I've been keeping an eye out for a hydraulic pump to mount on my T-19 so I can convert my RE12000 to hydraulic.
