Does a 1993 Driver's Door fit on a 1994 Econoline

Hello, I'm driving a 1994 Glaval Universal E150 Conversion - title says the rest. I'm also curious what other years may fit.

A door from a 1992 will fit on a 2014 the only thing that changed during that timeframe is the mirror mounting.

Keep in mind the different mirror mountings are way different. I put a '97 on a '06 and it took a trip to a body shop to get the power stuff for the window attached. I did the retro fit on the door mirror myself, but it was a pita. All the holes did not line up.
