Radiator Support & Body Mounts

Radiator Support & Body Mounts
I have a 1992 E-150 conversion, and the front body to frame mount points on the Radiator Core Support Assembly are completely rusted out.
Bumps are interesting.
All the information I am finding is for F-150 trucks, which seem to have a different setup in that the body mounts go through a separate bracket that bolts (or welds) to the frame, leaving the top and bottom of the bolts exposed.
My setup mounts directly on top of the frame, with the nut on the bottom of the bolt INSIDE the boxed frame, with no access.
How did they get it in there?
There also appear to be a couple spot welds to deal with.
Anyone have to replace/repair one?
Tips would be greatly: appreciated...

Uh-Oh
Well, this is just craptastic...
It appears that my E-150 does not HAVE a Radiator Core Support Assembly.
It looks like it is just part of the rest of the engine compartment subframing- everything is spotwelded to the inner fender wells, the body rails, etc.
It is going to be a mama bear to get to the rusted out portion to do any kind of repair.

Got the ones loose inside the front of the cab, (rotted out, too) and the bolts out of the front mounts.
How high do I need to lift the body to get the top part of the bushing out? Lift points?
How in the world do I get the lower part of the bushing out of the completely enclosed frame member?
Cut a hole big enough to replace it, then weld a plate over it?
Anyone had to do this?
