Grand Marquis for 4.6 swap

I can buy a 1998 Grand Marquis from an employee of mine that runs, drives, has ice cold air and everything works for $300. His wife was T-boned in it and they got another car. I know this isn't the car to use for a CV swap, but aside from the engine, tranny and rear end, what else can I salvage off this car for a future 4.6 swap?

Ive seen enough comments about the 5.0 being under powered for a truck that going even smaller seems like a bad idea.

Strip it of all its electrical and engine management systems And the fuel system plus catalytic converters.

4.6L has more HP and TQ then the 5.0L in stock form, plus the reliability and MPG are better.
