Exclamation 1988 Bronco won't start

hi, i've been trying to find the problem thats causing literally nothing to work, even when i turn the key. I've checked the wiring all over, but the negative battery cable has a rusted out bolt to the frame as the cable goes to the block. it ran just fine two weeks ago, Whats going on?

You mention a rusted ground. I would clean/replace all grounds! Without a good ground, electricity doesn't tend to flow right. If you have power at the fuse panel then check ignition switch. They're notorious to fail at weird times.
