2007 F350 6.0l cranks no start.

2007 6.0l cranks but no start. Read all the forums and I think I performed all the checks. Getting a ficm/ cam sensor/crank sensor no sync. I'm also getting 84.70% at the ipr while cranking. Do I have multiple problems? Watched videos on either the ficm or ipr percentage but not one that had both problems. Getting injector clatter and fuel pump runs. Didn't see anything obvious with the harness.

Gees, there is a myriad of possibilities here. Are you on the original FICM? I would post this in the 6.0 section. I for one, have been away from first hand 6.0 stuff for years now.

Happen to me several times . While cranking spray a small amount of silicone spray. I'f 6.0 starts its oil pressure related. Mine was a fitting somewhere under turbo . Or used up oil .
if truck runs rough them injectors
nothing Then ficm maybe ficm as other members states

Same issue as Eth12

I replaced my egr cooler a week ago, truck ran fine for 4 days. Went out to start 5th day, but it just cranked. Scan-gauge reads IPR-84.7%, Sync-0, RPM-278, ICP-347, FICM-47.6 (even when cranking).
I pulled out the IPR and replaced the screen, flushed spring/seat , replaced o-rings and reinstalled. There was very little debris on the screen though. I have checked all connections and wire looms to the crank, cam and FICM.
It does seem odd that I lost syc and ipr pressure ovgernight. Has anyone answered your post that helped you out?

I forgot to mention that I have good oil pressure on my gauge after I crank the engine for 15 seconds or so.

So much going on in one thread.

We are gonna need all the readings like your FICMV, ICP, etc. Try unplugging your ICP and see if the truck starts. Make sure that your getting fuel, take off the upper fuel filter cap and make sure that bowl is filling up with fuel. What are your battery voltages at? Have you done any work to the truck? I am talking like standpipe, dummy plug, snap to connect fitting update, nipple cup o-rings if needed. How many miles?

Solvaysam,

Your oil pressure gauge on the dash is just a dummy gauge, doesn't really do anything else. Your ICP needs to be 500 for the truck to crank, so you need to do an air test at the IPR fitting to see where your leaking at.
