My experience in California is that the 56 f100 is hard to find and command a high price.....unless its mine! The wildcard is the modifications. Done well or done like I do them?

In the grand scheme of things, probably not out of line. Seems the older you are the higher it seems. I was at an estate sale last weekend in Indiana where they auctioned a 55, supposedly only 25k miles, 99 percent stock from what I could tell, removed from barn, covered in dirt and mud underneath, last plated in 1995. Did not run. Posted a pic of it. Bidding started at $5000 between 3 different age guys and sold for $8600.
Silly me waited around all day thinking I might get it for $1200 to $1500.

How are you by the way, Have still been praying for you..
Been doing okay...
Don't know where I stopped with the updates so forgive me if I 'm repeating myself.
All is good when suddenly for no reason out of the clear sky;
November 2016, felt good but weird... Had a PET scan and came back positive with Cancer in the Liver.
December had major surgery and had it removed then later that same month had another PET scan and IT showed minuscule traces. The pro's believe that my daily chemo Meds should take care of this - keeping it real.
In the meantime, a kidney stone seems to have dislodged / relocated itself in a position that is painfully stupid! The kind of pain that makes you barf unexpectedly furious! On the bright side I still pee clear. Well, the plan is to go in thru where the urine comes out with a camera & crew and little tiny instruments to break up this son of a b!sh, grab the particles and extract them and shortly after that I should urinate the "dust" so to speak. Once again I'm going under and I can't wait for Friday the 24th to get here.
Thank you for keeping me in your thoughts and prayers.
I really appreciate it from my heart!
Paul

The driveline and chassis are worth more than $6K...all the sheetmetal is basically free.

So sorry to hear about your physical challenges. Sounds to me like you're not the type to fold up your tent and quit. In the photo is a great reason to fight!
