If it's the gas motor I had this same problem. I went threw 4 fuel pumps trying to figure it out. I replaced crankshaft sensors and cam shaft sensors. Still don't work finally I was trying to find out where my fuel pump relay is and turns out my truck has a factory delete fuse box. So I only have one that's located in the cab. If you take the fuse box apart there's 5 relays built on the motherboard. you have to solder them off. some guy sells them on eBay for like 5-10 bucks. That was my problem. Ford wants you to buy a whole new fuse box which is 500 bucks. This fixes the problem and is alot cheaper.
