OR, you could use Superduty leaf springs. Do a search as Tom suggested above to find some good info on the ins and outs of the swap. It seems like a good alternative to Rough Country and conventional lift brands. When I get the initiative and money that's what I plan to use on my F-250. There's even a thread on here in the off road forum about them made by Alpha/Omega. It was a pretty decent write up.

your going to have to make something, if you can weld , best option would be hanger drops with skyjacker 6" springs. Keep in mind you can run 44's with 6" and fender trimming and moving front axle forward to keep tires off cab mounts. your front driveshaft angles & crossmember will become a prob for you over that, especially if you actually wheel the truck
