Companies who put out a knowingly bad product, and won't stand behind it.
Science that is rumored or even proven to exist to fix certain medical conditions, but is not approved by FDA, so rather than dealing with a few somewhat manageable side effects, we get to watch these people die in front of our eyes.

My cousin adopted a set of twins. Both of the kids had the same disabilities, and the same setbacks, along with the same history. However one of them took the route of making something of her life, and became a nurse, and an EMT, while her twin brother became the terror of town, drug addict/dealer, gets thrown in jail on a normal basis, and on facebook this morning he was celebrating a weekend of not getting arrested, not necessarily celebrating a weekend of being a law abiding citizen, just one of not getting arrested. The whole family tried taking him under their wing and giving him guidance and support, but he spit in everyone's face. Two weeks ago he was arrested for breaking into someone's house and stealing their trailer, but got out until trial date. oh...... and his wife is prego with their 2nd or 3rd kiddo...

Do you remember the Hyped up Jeep Commercial that was overdone and pretty stupid, a few years back that they drop two guys off in a helicopter, and they must find a Jeep, then get it off of a rock, then traverse down a hill using pulleys and ropes, then they "Broke and axle" and a throttle cable, and ... . and....
I found that show really stupid, planned out and worse than Ice Road Truckers.. "After the commercial, you can see this truck slip off the road down 1000 feet and blow up, then cut to commercial, come back and well maybe not this segment, maybe next segment..Big Hype, big disappointment...
