Finally pulled my core support and now I'm in the procsess of doing the super duty duel tensioner mod and replacing ps pump and lines. Was looking at where the ps lines go into the steering gear box and looks like it's held in my some type of clip or fastener which won't allow me to get a wrench on the head of the line? Does that clip just pop off I'll post a picture. Thanks Kyle

 

You sure that isn't rounded off? I thought they were 9/16" with a flare

 

Never mind that's that black plastic collar keeping things from wrapping around the steering shaft just pry t off and a wrench will fit

Yeah it should be open somewhere I think. Both of mine were. Are you reusing that box? If so i would pressure wash that off. stuff can fall into those fittings, there's a lot of dirt around there

 

Yea that box is staying for now I'm gonna clean it up good before I remove the lines
