Sent for the rebate, but the receipt from Amazon doesn't break down the order into part numbers, quantities, or individual prices, just " one set, one price ". I sent the 4 upc labels, so you can see I bought the 4 shocks that fit my truck, but they rejected my application. I called Trends, they told me that Rancho wouldn't honor any from Amazon. They won't send me an itemized receipt, she told me that was on Amazon. What do I need to do?

Your post made me wonder about mine. Website says card should have been mailed around 4/27 but I haven't received it yet. Hope it didn't get lost. That would be my luck. If so then what?

Let me see what is up...
Amazon is a retailer, Trends SHOULD be able to break it down for you....

It would get reissued. I am assuming you will see it any day now. They usually send them out in a big batch from what I have been told.

Thanks. It actually says it was approved 4/17, not 4/27. So with the site saying they are usually mailed within 3 days, I was thinking it should have been here. Is there a rule of thumb I should follow then, maybe wait 4 weeks since approval date? Almost at that point already.

Thanks for the help.

I would reach out to them.
It wasn't a PO Box, by chance?
They don't mail to those, FYI.

Nope, residential home address. I assume the contact info is on the site. I'll look for it, thanks.

Thanks. I just called. Card was only requested on 5/9, so the whole "3 days mailing from approval date" isn't quite accurate. lol
