Your only option is if someone makes a 9004 LED bulb you can use. There's no love at all for our 87-91 trucks. There's someone over on one of the Bronco sites that makes projector HID assemblies but they're about $700. No aftermarket headlights that I've ever found unfortunately.

If you scroll down, there's an example photo of the LED bulbs.
Notice how the light is BLUE, not white, and it fades into oncoming driver's eyes, instead of cuts off below that same line.
(please note the subtle "**** you if you do this" in my post)

Not some stinkin' LEDs!
Contrary to popular belief, Ford did take more than five minutes to engineer the lighting in our trucks. The lens/reflector expects a bulb with the tungsten elements in a certain location and orientation, neither of which is found in the LED installation.
You want good lighting? Buy two new Ford-manufactured housings, some high output halogen bulbs that have NO blue coating on them and a headlight power harness from Bronco Graveyard. Do the installation, enjoy the increased lighting and bask in the fact that the oncoming drivers aren't P.O.'ed at you for blinding them with the cr@ppy LED lights.
Besides, LED lighting are for teens with their loud, farty imported cars.
Just my $0.02 USD worth, garnered from 40+ years of driving and wrenching.

You might get the bulbs to fit BUT those LEDs were never engineered to work with the optics of our trucks.

But I would like to add a light relay harness at some point.
