I have a 1994 f250 7.3 idi turbo with the e4od, and what I believe is the stock trans cooler. I have steel lines that at around the fan area switch to a rubber hose and go to the cooler. It is held down with hose clamps. I have no clue if they're stock. But the problem is now they're leaking from everywhere. I just want to cur my losses and get new lines. Any clue where I could find lines that are right? Any help is appreciated. I know they're obsolete from ford and I'm having trouble finding them anywhere else

 

the lines for the cooler are low pressure, fuel line will work just fine, if lines show pressure bulges then there could be a blockage, remove any after market plastic inline filters (looks like oversize inline fuel filter) these will plug with friction material rather quickly, and burst, ask me how I know, under normal circumstances pressure is below 15 lbs., temperatures can get to 240 ish

 

Thanks for the info. Sadly the truck got totaled (I got hit, snapped the frame twice) so I will be looking for another Ford diesel. I appreciate the info you have given me.
