Ford F250 4WD 1980 - Tilt Steering column - i lost something

Turn signal lever would not stay on RH, so i figured it was the cam. All good here, ordered it, replaced it. While i was at it, i checked the actuator rod, because the key would not make ON contact at all times, replaced the cylinder as well. But somehow, now i lost the column collar, that goes in just before the wheel itself. I assume this is bad. I am using a pic found in this link, i hope i did not upset anyone, but if i had mine, this post would be irrelevant

actuator-replacement-85-w-tilt.html

Can anyone point me to a shop where i can order one online, or at least some dimensions, so that i can machine one here? Perhaps you have one to spare?

Junkyard or keep looking for the old one are your only two choices that I see.

See 3D505 in pic .. is this what you are missing?

Or is it 3511? If so, does your truck have A/T or M/T?

I don't even see the piece in the above picture. I wonder if it's part of the steering wheel that comes out when it's not supposed to.

Ok, this is bad, then. Because when i look at Bill's 'drawings', it seems i'm missing more and more stuff. What i have is what's in the picture, plus the steering wheel. The bushing/collar i was asking goes over the shaft, probably to protect/center the turn signal assy from rubing on the shaft. Excuse my French.
Now, after Bill posted more drawings, i see i'm also missing a whole assortment of parts, such as group 3600, just behind the steering wheel. In the pictures attcahed, you can see what i have at the moment, minus the bearing/collar thing. Other than that, nothing. I also seem to lack the key buzzer thing, attached to the top of the upper collar. It was supposed to be attached to the turn signal assy, but this truck does not have it. Is that correct?

Oh, and the truck is an automatic.

When i got the truck, it had a shady looking steering wheel, and i found this one on eBay, for a steal, in perfect condition. I wrapped in leather, just because it feels good to touch something fine
Thanks, guys. Appreciate the help and interest.
M
