1966 F250 Camper Special - One Owner - New to me

Neither your part number (C6TF 9600 Z closed emissions) or my part number (C6TF 9600 Y open emissions) show up in the Master Parts catalog.
It only lists C5TF 9600A, or B as possible "identified" part numbers and doesn't indicate whether they are open or closed emissions although I'm guessing one is open and the other closed. To make it even more confusing they had yet another number in the catalog in the "part number" column.

C6TF-9600-Y and C6TF-9600-Z
Are not technically part numbers despite it saying that in the ink stamp. They are ID numbers and they both correspond to part number
C3TZ-9600-AA

Thanks for checking out the part number on the breather.
And thanks for the link to the hub cap pics.
I know these are small improvements but I am glad to have the rear end gasket replaced and the new rag joint installed. I also removed the original heater hose and drained the radiator. I have a new heater control valve on order. The original one was a little rusty after 51 years of service. I may have the radiator rotted out before refilling with new coolant.

1966 Hubcaps
Here's another picture of the original 1966 bottlecap hub caps. I've since switched out the old locking rims for solid rims. I will be putting the 1970's bottlecap hub caps on in place of the originals. Maybe someday I'll find a solid set of wheels that the originals will work on.
Good luck with your project. One-family trucks are the way to go. That's what mine is - purchased new by my grandfather in 1966.

Hi Rasmuspa, Thanks for the pictures. Great looking truck you have there. I don't think my truck came with the emergency flashers based on your pictures. I am missing 1 hole. Also thanks for the hub cap pictures. I still haven't decided what direction to go in. Do you know what vehicle came with 16" solid rims that we need to run the original hub caps? I don't know what vehicle, year or model to search for.

Read the first couple of sentences posted here by Stuart for some examples of years and models

These wheels are going for between $160 and $175 each in used/unrefinished condition, plus shipping, from the sellers that dabble in them.
I've been trying to corner the market, too.

Those wheels are amazing! I really would like to get my hands on a set now that I see the final result. Any idea what color the creamy white ones are? I painted my new solid rim set Wimbledon white, but I feel like it's not quite right. It's too buttery colored. That white rim set in your photo looks correct.

It's a powder coat. 50% gloss.

I haven't posted anything is awhile. I just finished a complete tune up: New wires, plugs, points and distributor cap. I'm slowly working my through the routine maintenance and getting everything current. I'm happy to report all 8 spark plugs were grey and burning cleanly.
I also cruised to the airport this weekend and received lot's of complements on the old truck.
Sorry the photo is shown sideways. It's not like that when I open the attachment.
