I think Justin invited the Kanza Overland group, but I don't know if they will show up. Also I invited a couple of people from Topeka, but I don't know if they will show up either.

I have plans and reservations for north of Denver but I can change them to shoot on Sunday morning. What time Sunday morning?

 

Why don't we plan on about starting sometime around 10:00. We can stay as long as folks like and I don't get antsy to leave. We can start earlier, but I don't know how fast folks will get moving.

 

I appreciate the extra work you are going to, to open this for us, I just feel like I need to do this some time I can relax my mind and not have to worry about where Sophia is at the time, especially with guns. I will probably just wheel that weekend and take the opportunity to shoot at another time. Thanks for setting it up, I apologize for not taking part.

 

No problem Curtis. It is simply a matter of my letting the KWPT know I will be there on Sunday so the Ranger doesn't get excited if they hear shooting or see the gate is open. If we decide not to go to the range that won't be a problem either. I have a key so we may come and go there as we please as long as I let the office know when I will be there.

 

My weather forecast says 100% chance of rain on Saturday and Sunday for Randolph. I have the shootin irons ready and will keep an eye on the weather. Hoping it will clear. Thinking about driving up Saturday evening if it does to share a campfire. Are folks camping at the normal place?

 

It looks like the weather isn't going to cooperate, so we have decided to postpone the CSW for the weekend. Curtis and I visited earlier this morning and he has contacted most folks. The ORV area wouldn't be much fun on the rocks as slick as things can get there.

Jack, if it does clear up and you want to come up and camp and shoot give me a call. I'll contact KWPT and arrange for us to go to the range.
