No!!!! And he doesn't get out until he pulls my trailer 1000 miles without so much as a hiccup.

I can so relate to this. I cant even go 7 miles down the road with no trailer without something going wrong. lol. I know what my deal is though, my mill is just flat out worn out. I clouded out my garage Saturday just trying to move it. The compression is so low you can hear it loading itself up just trying to stay running.

Hopefully you get this all figured out and Whitey will serve you trouble free. I think some of us can also attest to the generosity of this forum. Because I know that if it were not for that, the break downs I have had would have been on a nightmare scale.

I got the Melling LPOP coming in today and will start disassembly today. I am sort of dreading pulling the crank pulley. Any advice here besides what I have read already would be greatly appreciated.

I am going to replace the LPOP first and see if it at least fixes the oiling issue. If not, the HPOP will be next. Like I said before, both are getting replaced anyways, but I want to do one at a time to narrow down the issue.

I need some motivation here. I spent so much time redoing the HPOP debacle and fuel system that I am just not feeling like turning a wrench right now. I know, wah wah, but it is sort of like doing a TON of work with no reward. Anyways, I'll keep you guys posted through the weekend. Even if it does fix the issue, I am thinking "what next"? Happy trails....I'll be back.

Good luck Byron, I'm all ears on this one. If its not so bad pulling the pulley I might do it also. Oh, instead of the M-208 you might consider the Dieselsite's $700 lpop.

Yeah I saw that Glenn. See my new thread. Installation was pretty easy. LPOP isn't the problem.
