2000 Lincoln Navigator heat issues

So this 2000 Lincoln Navigator (automatic climate control) I'm working on had little to no heat and the heater core was leaking. Bought the Dorman Heater core, blend door, and blend door actuator. Pulled dash replaces all 3 parts and put it back together. No longer does the heater core leak but still not getting good heat. After much searching I find the blend door actuator not moving. Figured got bad dorman part I went to Ford and bought the OEM part.

Removed dash again and replace the part. This time with minimal parts installed back I tested blend door and nothing. Checked all pins on plug and no power...nothing. All fuses are good.

So I bet the original dorman part was just fine and something else wrong with it. Whats the common issue here? Replace the control panel on dash? Is there a body control module that runs the heat and AC? I have no idea and it seems searching just comes back with bad heater core and blend door stories.

Thanks

Oh...didn't know you already had a code. The self test probably won't shed any additional light, but it couldn't hurt to try. Did the scanner give you the error before or after the repairs?

I have a 2000 expedition 4.6 and the front heating system is not blowing hot after new bled door actuator is installed does this require calibration? (Note rear heater is working, thermostat and water pump good, front core replaced 2 years ago, rear core replaced 2 months ago.)

Try running the self test to see if it helps.
