2020 SuperDuty soaked floor?
So how many 2020 SuperDuty trucks or other years have soaked driver side floors? Took a road trip after getting the new Truck and found a soaked driver side floor. Dried it out for two days in sun and left A/C off. As soon as I ran the A/C again right back to a wet floor. Did not matter if it were in circulation mode or not. You would think now that these Trucks are priced like a fine quality vehicle they might get the quality control to go with it.

There is an issue with certain late build 2019 trucks and 2020 builds. I had my 2020 F550 recently fixed and the fleet center told me they have done a lot of these. Its not the drain tube its the improper sealing of the evaporator plenum. Apparently from what I was told the plenum sealant was not installed at the factory correctly and the plenum is leaking at the seam. My truck absolutely stunk especially with the vinyl floor holding the moisture. Just got it in right before the warranty expired or else its a 7 hour repair based on the invoice.

Thank you for the info. Just what I wanted an 81k Truck to get torn apart and messed up with 1500 miles dammit Ford. Hope it's the drain tube and not evaporator plenum. Last thing I want is the local dealer tearing up a brand new truck. Next thing you know nothing goes back together right or nice loose, broken plastic fittings. No excuse for something like this to happen just poor quality control.

this issue is only covered under the 12 month/12k mile warranty?
