Referencing the attached pics, is it the two bolts at 1/5 o'clock?

Without being familiar with the manifold I would say yes, the 1 and 5 o'clock bolts. There may also be some on the underside. Give them a good soaking with penetrant oil, to remove and antisieze before replacing.

 

There are 3 bolts.
the 2 you see in the picture and 1 on the bottom to the out side.
when I went to take mine apart, did a efi exhaust manifold swap, the 2 bolts broke.

The manifolds are at the machine shop for a dip and a planing.
I have new fittings and a much better gasket than the one I removed - no metal.
Any tips for refitting this heavy sucker back in there?
Just a thought, can the exhaust and then the intake be installed separately and the order including the down pipe?
