hello, have pu with 351, has power to fuel pump and eec relay has spark to coil and plugs and fuel sprays out of schraeder valve on rail when i depress it, turns over but wont light, started fine in fall but got super cold and tryed starting and wouldnt go, warmer now and still wont go, could it be a pcm issue? fuel pump kicks on for 2 seconds like its supposed to and no codes

 

I suspect the ignition module on the side of the distributor. You need a special tool to remove and reinstall the ignition module, a skinny nose small socket of sorts.

No, I missed that in your original post. I usually try to read posts over carefully and read them more than once, I missed that sorry.

I would try spraying some starting fluid in the intake and see if you can get a brief response from the engine.
