FREE PARTS! (NOT A "FOR SALE" thread)

Read The Rules First Before You Post!

There are several forums here at FTE that have a successful "Free Parts" thread and I've been asked to start one for this forum.

Please read and abide by the rules. Also, please remember the FTE Guidelines as they pertain to sales and advertising in any of the tech related forums here at FTE. In a nutshell, it aint allowed! FTE Guidelines

So, here are the rules for the Free Parts thread:

1) There is no attempt to sell anything, and please do not discuss shipping fee's. Take it to PM's to work out the transaction details, but don't talk about money in the thread. Remember guys, all sales are done in the Classifieds section.

2) This is a benefit for each other, not the whole Internet, so if you're too new to send a PM, don't worry, after 5 days and 10 posts, you will be able to send a Personal Message. Consider being an active member at FTE and not just posting to get something for free.

3) Remember to edit your post and remove the item listed once you've shipped it to the new owner. If it's been over 30 days and you can't edit your post, PM a Moderator and we'll do it for you.

4) Last but most importantly, FTE and Internet Brands assumes no liability for parts not delivered, exchanged, etc. In other words, if a deal goes awry and you don't get what you were promised, we will not intervene.

This last one isn't a rule, but the thread will only show posts for the last two or three months before it gets pruned and trimmed. This keeps people from bumping a really old post asking, "Is this still available?"

Stewart

ok I know this might be a bit odd, but does anyone (preferably someone who is parting out a truck or about to do so??) have the screws that go just below the turn signal housing and above the bumper? mine are gone and I am wanting to replace them, if not could somone be kind enough to tell me what would work so I can perhaps pick some up at my local autozone or lowes? (thread pitch and size, ect)?? thanks for the help!

I probably have them, maybe still in place, maybe already in a container. What exactly do they fasten? Any chance of a picture of the location?

I’m looking for the Philips head screws that secure the amber turn signal housing to the truck (they go right below each one, will try and post a picture when I can
it is the two screws that go to these fugly things...I can't wait to get my 05+ housing in but I have these in as they were flopping around in my tool box and I figure I better put them on before they break...or I loose them....

OK, I know what you're looking for. I'll check but I might have needed them myself. Are they phillips only or are they phillips/hex?

Oh not anything in particular. I just like having spare parts around and I have the room. I'd love to convert over to late 99 stuff, but only if I acquired the parts to do it LOL...

Resonator Box

Hi Guys. Just wanted to see if anyone needed a resonator box?
It's out of my 2003 E-350 7.3L
I'm tired of storing it & I will never reinstall it, so if someone is looking for one
let me know.... PM me here and we can work out a plan.
I hate to just throw it in the garbage.
Yeah, I know most of us are pulling them out of our Van's & Trucks but maybe someone took it out (which many say you have to break it to do so). I managed to get it out without breaking it.
No rip offs - No scams - no worries. Just want it gone.
Tom
