2004 Expedition - Rear Driver's Side Window Won't Roll Up From Driver's Side
Driver's side window wasn't rolling up or down, could only get the rear driver's side window to roll down from the main cluster (local ones were fine), and when I tried to roll it up it would cause the lights to dim heavily and it sounded like the engine was under a lot of stress.
So, I removed the driver's side window switch cluster, cleaned the contacts with alcohol, and everything was fixed except the same issue - rear driver's side now is causing even more of a power draw, and not rolling up. I can roll it up from the rear driver's side actual switch, though. I know I cleaned it well enough, if I didn't then nothing would happen.
Diagnostic from part of an oil change at Walmart says there's a small electrical problem, if that means anything. Also, the LED's that light the switch seem burned out, except for one set. Which is weird because after I cleaned it, I could have sworn there was another set lit up. Now it's not.
Maybe it's not grounding?

The lights don't go dim when you activate the window motor from the actual rear passenger door switch right ? Then it's not a grounding issue.
A new driver's door multi switch is only about $50 from Rock Auto.

I actually bought an aftermarket window switch cluster, all lights were on the switches when I plugged it in. All of them clicked nicely except, of course, when rocking the switch up to roll up the back driver's side window. Did the same thing. Thing felt cheaper than the original OEM part so I cleaned it out and besides the lights, everything is fine.
I'll have to pop the new one back in and try it again. If I don't see any lights dimming at all and no window action, I'll assume the switch was DOA and I'll have to tell them to replace it for me.
I have a feeling it's the harness. I hear it's a pain to undo it and fix the wires without taking both sides of your door off. I looked for a replacement driver's side door wiring harness, couldn't find one. I'll check today if I see any mangled wires, hope I don't make it worse
