Hello. I'm looking at replacing the valve cover gaskets on my 02 f-250, it's a 7.3L.
Looking at them on line there are many different brands. What have you used on your 7.3L, and which has worked the best for you? Thanks!

 

When I did the glo plugs on my '02 7.3 I was really tempted to buy new vc gaskets as it had 140k on the clock. A buddy of mine said if they are not leaking then try to save them, if not get the Motorcraft vc gaskets on ebay. I had bought the genuine Motorcraft Z-11 glo plugs on ebay for $68 but the vc gaskets were ok so I did re-use them. So look on ebay for the correct gaskets and save some money.

 

The problem is not leakage, but the UVCH pins burn also burning the vc connection pin too.You can look at the Dorman VC they eliminated the UVCH which means no more connector inside the valve covers.
