Thanks for the informative reply I can see exactly why now the use cooler can't be cleaned. I work on boats on the side there's nothing used and there's no repairing even if it can be repaired it's replaced is what we tell the customers. Yes bills are high but so is security and confidence in the equipment. Especially when caught in a storm out of no where aboard a 40ft cruiser....With that approach it has left me a little past some of the details discussed above.
