I installed the Aurora 3000 turbo, not sure if the harness should be wired in before the Banks, or after it, will this keep the check engine light from coming on?

Currently check engine light comes on I can clear it with Banks IQ, but ATS said that the check engine light wouldn't come on with this system after it was wired in...well it does, they didn't know either if it should be wired in prior to the banks ECU or after.....I did it before, I am thinking i should do it after the banks ECU.....

Anyone have issues with this or have any insight?
