2100 Hot Air Choke

I just replaced the tired and leaky rebuilt 2150 on my '73 auto with a 302 that the PO put on the truck with a rebuilt 2100 with the hot air choke from National Carburator. The new one looks great, but I can't figure out what to do with the hot air choke. It doesn't look like I have anywhere to run the hot air tube since there's a heat riser plate in that spot on the passenger side manifold. Are my eyes missing it? Are there other avenues of getting the hot air in there or should I just convert to a manual choke and be done with it? Any help is very appreciated, just trying to learn as I go.

The pipe coming out of the exhaust is your hot air riser tube and should be connected to the choke. The other appears to go down to the transmission. Are you sure it isn't going to the vacuum modulator? It should hook to the carb . Personally I would go with a manual choke.

Thanks, that does help! The line that runs from the manifold to the air horn in the picture is missing and the manifold side may be plugged or rusted, I can't really tell. The line that runs from the exhaust to the choke doesn't appear to exist, which makes me wonder if this truck had an electric choke from factory and not the hot air? I do have a vacuum loop in that spot that runs down to the trans, but I don't see anything else. I had seen pictures of the pipe coming out of the manifold going to the choke. My air horn vacuum connections have one running into the sensor in the back of the air horn and the other side of the sensor being hooked up in a four way tee behind the carb, off the EGR, which matched a diagram someone had on here and that I'd seen in the factory manual.

Well, I ran a manual choke and that solved any issue. Plus, more flexibility and control, which I like.
