1979 Cruise control (sell?)
Hello,
I have my 1979 Bronco dash completely out. I'm considering removing and selling all the cruise control stuff. Don't think I will ever use it and if its worth money and someone wants it I might let it go. Does anyone know how much I should ask for everything? I would even consider throwing in the tilt column with the factory steering wheel. I just bought this with a bad trans so I can't verify it all works but it is all there, this bronco is stock and nothing has been removed.

Bummer. I was hoping to get someone interested before I put the dash back in. I have everything in a box except for the controller and the speedo cables I decided just to leave in. I guess I could see how hard it would be to get the controller out. What is all this stuff worth? If I am right I would need to buy and new speedo cable also.

Cruise control
Hello, You asked about how much for the cruise. Two weeks ago I bought a complete cruise for $20 dollars. Both speedo cables, speed sensor, controller, wires to hook this together, vacuum control, vacuum lines, wires that go up the steering colunm, even the brake light switch. I did not get the steering wheel.

Sorry, I am having computer problems and did't see these responses.
Justinak1. I will do some home work and see If I can just unplug the controller so I will get back with you. Unless some one on hear can help with that.I would need to find a speedo cable that works for me first.
NumberDummy. First of all. Thank you for all your input on this site, it has helped me a few times.
The controls are the factory ones on the steering wheel but they seem a little loose to me. When i said controller I meant the factory black box behind the dash that the speedo cables go in and out of.

Mike, I may be interested in your steering wheel pad if not worn too badly. Mine is worn around the horn bar area but the buttons are fine. New pads for non-cruise are available and I would consider buying a new one for you in exchange for your pad. Send me a PM if this seems like something we can work out.
